A Sunday Night Moment

So this week was pretty fun actually. Chase started Karate and it was amazingly cute. He is the youngest and littlest. I can’t wait to share pics of him in his outfit…a gi? Hmm, I’m not even going to bother googling that.  Anyway, he hasn’t received it yet so I will def be instagramming the ish outta that. Friday I went to the wedding reception of one of my lovely friends and I wish I could share a picture of her perfect little cupcake dress but they all turned out terribly. I can’t take photos in the dark for crap. She had a destination wedding so this was for everyone who couldn’t make it and then I ended up having a little sleep over with some friends since Shawn is still out-of-town afterwards. Kinda fun to be an adult and stay up til 3:30 gossiping and catching up, but also, I felt like dying the next day as I am not 22 anymore. But they are so funny and it was amazing to see them. {Love you girls!}

Right now Chase is at my feet playing with his cars and humming, Hannah is on her ipod instagramming and the Emmys are on in the background while Shawn is watching from a hotel room in Atlanta. Probably not the quintessential family evening, but it’s our life. I am going to put Chase to bed after I hit publish and then Hannah and I will play Slender and scare the bejeez out of ourselves like ninnies. Today has been for being cozy and cleaning and burning candles. Pretty perfect, minus missing my Shawn. Tuesday needs to come quick so he can come home!
