Loves on a Thursday: Rain Survival In & Out

Sandy needs to go away. Days and days of constant rain are no good for accomplishing all of the things! When I’m in , I’m cozy, when I’m out I’m wet and cold. Plus people are maniacs out here. Half of the area still doesn’t have power, the kids still aren’t in school, (except Chase, he goes to private preschool) the stores are just now restocking…people in general are pretty crabby. I wish people could see how lucky they really are, and be glad it’s not worse.

Sounds more like a rant than a loves? Nah, I love cold rainy days, just less of them in a row, thank you very much.  And, I especially love cozy inside wear, and fun rain outerwear! Can’t wait to check out what you are loving this week!

    I am so with you on enjoying cold/damp days to cuddle in, but after too many in a row it starts to go from cozy to dreary and if the dark days persist, what was once cozy transitions to downright depressing. Hope the sun shines for you soon!

    Rainy days can be a bummer, but I would be all for them wearing the above outfits! Hope you see some dry days soon my friend…I know it’s been a week today since we last saw sunshine and dry ground, but at least we’ve had our hydro the whole time!
